One Week Ahead
Getting Your Hair Done
If you're planning to cut or color your hair, try to do it a week before your headshots. This gives your hair some time to settle and look more like you naturally.
Choosing Your Outfit
If you are lucky then you might already be using a company uniform but if you need to select clothing for your headshot I've got your back.
You will want to make sure to decide on your outfit ahead of time though so get started on that early. It's a good idea to avoid really bright colors or busy patterns. Blue, Grey, or Black is always safe bet and looks great in photos. BUT if your brand is colorful then go with your gut here. Pick a color that will compliment your brand colors.
